Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Entry & Eligibility
- Eligibility – This giveaway is open only to residents of the Republic of South Africa who are 18 years of age or older and who either own, represent, or are in the process of launching a small business, or who are seeking a personal CV website. All entrants must possess a valid South African identity document (ID). No purchase or payment is required to enter. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
- Giveaway Period – The giveaway will run from 26 September 2025 to 17 October 2025. Two (2) winners will be selected and announced every Friday during the giveaway period: 26 September 2025, 3 October 2025, 10 October 2025, 17 October 2025. A total of eight (8) prizes will be awarded during the giveaway period.
- How to Enter – To enter the giveaway, eligible participants must: Follow @queeek_web on Instagram, like the official giveaway post, comment on the giveaway post stating what their business does and which Queeek website template they would like to win (1-page, 3-page or 5-page). Bonus entries are available as follows: Each friend tagged in a comment counts as an additional entry, and signing up for our newsletter (link in bio) may also earn an additional entry. No purchase or payment is required to enter.
2. Prize & Winner Obligations
- Prize Details – Each winner will receive one (1) free custom WordPress website built using their chosen Queeek template: 1-Page website, 3-Page website, 5-Page website (includes four blog posts, if applicable). Each prize includes: One (1) year of free hosting, one (1) free annual update to be used within 12 months of the website launch, a five (5) business-day turnaround once all required content has been received. Exclusions: Domain registration and any additional content revisions or add-ons are not included in the prize. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative. Queeek reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
- Winner Selection & Notification – Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 48 hours to confirm their prize. If no response is received within this time, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner selected.
- Content Requirements – Winners must provide all required website content, including but not limited to logos, text, and images, by completing the corresponding template form on www.queeek.com. Winners must complete this form and check out within ten (10) working days of the winner announcement. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Portfolio Usage – By entering the giveaway, winners grant Queeek the right to display their completed website as a portfolio example on Queeek’s website, social media channels and marketing materials.
3. Privacy & Legal Disclaimers
- Privacy – Personal data collected for the giveaway will be used solely to administer the giveaway and deliver the prize, unless the entrant has opted in to receive marketing communications from Queeek.
- Limitation of Liability – Queeek is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid or misdirected entries or for any technical failures. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Queeek, Instagram and their affiliates from any claims, liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the giveaway or the awarding of the prize.
- Taxes – All local, national and international taxes, customs duties or levies (if any) on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Queeek will not be responsible for any tax obligations arising from the award.
- Instagram Disclaimer – This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Queeek and not to Instagram.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction – These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the giveaway will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
- General Conditions – Queeek reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway. Participation in the giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
